We absolutely love all the staff and the love they show for our pups! Vega is always ready to come and I’m sure Luna will be the same once she starts full time. 10 out of 10 recommend.
The best way to describe my experience at this clinic was Incredible! The DVM's and Staff and also the Resort Staff are extremely excellent! Absolutely no hidden prices. What ever you are quoted in medical care for your animals, they keep their word. No unexpected cost. My animals are happy to go into the front door and to any place with the staff. A Rottweiler & Cane Corso loving their experience means everything to me & my family!Great Resort. Impressive for dogs as well as Cats!
Birmingham Animal Hospital is always the best! They always take time with us to explain the best solutions for our pets, and you can tell they all truly love animals. Our pets are always spoiled with treats and end up loving the vet visits. :) They also give us tips for saving money and finding affordable solutions. I highly recommend!!
The Birmingham Animal Hospital team helped us escort my first dog over the Rainbow Bridge this week. All I can say is they are something special. Dr. Ham, Brandon, and Ashley sat with us for maybe an hour talking, giving so many treats, and showing so much affection towards my dog. She was so happy. This was my first time ever having to do this so you can imagine how difficult it would be. Dr. Ezell even took time to stop by during her busy day and say goodbye because she helped care for Daisy during her cancer journey these past months. We reminisced, laughed, joked, and nothing felt rushed. They never made me feel like I was just another appointment on their schedule. If you want the best experience for putting your pet at peace, please take your furry friends here. You will not regret it.
Both the Animal Hospital and the Resort are amazing! I always know my sweet lab Sid will be given the best care and extra love every time I take him there. All of the staff are wonderful and treat him like their own and I’m always given updates so I know how much fun he is having.
Hands down the best veterinary office I have ever had the pleasure to bring my animals to. These people truly do care about your pet and you. I first used them for their boarding facility for my 3 cats. They give you regular updates on your pets and even some videos and pictures! I was able to look at their cat rooms and they are wonderful. Anytime my pets have become sick or injured this office makes sure to find the time for them. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable in their fields. Another thing I love is they really do want what's best for your animals. They will not push you into unnecessary and expensive treatments, and go over options for what works best for your family and budget. I would like to personally give a shout out to Dr.Bellman. My special boy Ranger was always a very tough cookie to bring into any vet office. It brought the family and himself a lot of anxiety. He was unfortunately labeled aggresive in the past. Bellman and her staff went out of their way to make sure he had the proper prescription and made him feel so comfortable that unnecessary precautions weren't needed to address his medical issue. Losing a pet is never easy but Bellman and staff handled everything so beautifully and with lots of love and support to our family. We love you guys!!!
I tell everyone I run into about how wonderful BAHR is. The facility is clean and always smells great. No animal or clinical smells. The staff is polite, upbeat, and professional. Vets and techs are knowledgeable and handle pets with TLC.
We are so grateful for every single person who works here at BAHR! They have treated us with the most incredible kindness and love during our 5-month long orthopedic ordeal with our sweet Dolly. We have been given the best care from all of the techs and every single doctor, but especially Dr. Bellman and Dr. Taylor. They have been absolute lifesavers, always eager and willing to answer questions even for the smallest things. They would take pictures of the healing progress while doing Dolly’s weekly bandage changes and made us laugh and feel comfortable, even when we wanted to just cry (and even when we did just cry!!). They love our girl just as much as we do, and want the absolute best for her and that means everything to us. The techs and receptionists love Dolly and know her by name, greeting us with a big smile every time they see us. It always makes us feel welcome. On the resort side, all of the staff take great care of our girls. Giving our not medically fragile girl Mabel free rein to play hard with her friends and giving Dolly individualized care when she couldn’t participate in daycare. We will forever recommend BAHR!!
I cannot recommend Dr. Bellman and her team enough. They walked me through a very difficult situation with my pet and provided support through the whole process. They are very thorough but also try and work within your budget to provide the best care for your pet. Their resort is wonderful too!
Amazing staff and facility. They treat your pets like family! They have a no-stress environment so there are no cages. Every part of the experience is designed to make pets feel as comfortable as possible! Extremely clean facilities! They even have separate cat-only exam rooms in order to create a calm environment for kitties. I love Dr. Ezell and the rest of the staff here. I will never take my fur babies anywhere else!!
