Lia

Lia grew up surrounded by animals, with some of her earliest memories coming from her dad’s boarding facility in the Chesapeake Bay area of Maryland. Caring for pets has always been a part of her life, and she spent eight years dog-sitting before joining the team at Birmingham Animal Hospital + Resort. Lia will celebrate one year at BAHR at the end of this month and loves being part of a team that prioritizes compassionate, high-quality care. At home, she shares her life with two cats, Squirt and Dice, and her dog Lulu—who found her forever home with Lia after coming to BAHR as a stray.
